Dad's Shoes

I know I can never fill them
The way you always did
But that's okay,
I'm returning them
Filled up with love instead
I
thank you for your example
And for trying to understand
The things that I was going through
You were there to hold my hand
So on this day made just for you
I'm trying hard to say
You mean the very world to me
Today and every day
